Ted F. Spooner

TED F. SPOONER is President & Chief Executive Officer of Corillian
Corporation. Prior to the development of Corillian Corp., he served as
Senior Vice President of Internet Services for CheckFree Corporation.
Mr. Spooner was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Interactive
Solutions Corporation, which was acquired by CheckFree in 1996. As Chief
Executive of a technology subsidiary of a community financial
institution, he led the development and introduction of one of the
nation’s first home banking systems. Mr. Spooner is a graduate of
Portland State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration.
