T. KENDALL HUNT is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vasco Data
Security International, Inc. He has been a Director since July 1997 and
currently serves a one-year term. He served since 1984 as Chairman,
President and Chief Executive Officer of the predecessor company, VASCO
Corp. Mr. Hunt received a BBA from the University of Miami, Miami,
Florida, and an MBA from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California.
