SYLVAIN BOUL is President and Chief Executive Officer of Montrusco
Bolton Investments Inc. Before joining the company in 1992, he worked
as a Canadian Equity Investment Analyst at brokerage firms. Mr. Boul
graduated in 1984 from Concordia University’s MBA Program. Prior to
that, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Montreal in 1981 as well as a graduate diploma in Administration from
Concordia in 1983. He is an alumnus of the Columbia Business School in
New York as well as the Wharton Business School. Mr. Boul is a member
of the Board of Directors of Montrusco Bolton Inc. and Louisbourg
Investments, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gestion
Aequilibrium. He is also a member of the Campaign Cabinet of Sainte-
Justine Hospital Foundation and has recently joined the Simon Fraser
University’s Global Asset and Wealth Management Business Council.
