Stuart P. Litt

STUART P. LITT is Senior Vice President of American Technical Ceramics
Corp. Mr. Litt joined American Technical Ceramics as Senior Vice
President – Operations in September 1996. He had been a consultant to
the company since 1992 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in
1993. Mr. Litt started his career at Hazeltine Corporation where he held
a variety of technical and management positions. Subsequently he was a
senior officer of Vega Precision Laboratories, Inc., President of Tech
Systems Division of Datron, Inc., a consultant to electronics companies
and an associate of OEM Capital, an investment banking firm specializing
in the electronics industry. Mr. Litt holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union, and Master’s Degrees in
Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, both from New York
University.
