STUART MARKS is the Chief Executive of ITIS Holdings Plc. He is the
founder of the Group and was formally Chief Executive and founder of
Handling Solutions Limited, a company which specialises in database-led
promotional fulfilment and direct mail response. After three years, he
sold the company to Park Food Group Plc. He is also Non-Executive
Chairman of Grey Interactive Services Limited, a subsidiary of Grey
Communications Limited, to which he sold in March 1999 a digital media
agency he founded in 1996.
