Stuart J. Butts

STUART J. BUTTS, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Xenos Group
Inc., is a founding member and Director of the company. He is a
visionary entrepreneur and leader and has been instrumental in carrying
Xenos forward to its present position. In addition to Xenos, he has
founded a number of leading edge technology companies in both Canada and
the US. He is a graduate of Trent University, Hon. BA, and the
University of Toronto Law School and is a member in good standing of The
Law Society of Upper Canada.
