Steven Paladino

STEVEN PALADINO, Henry Schein Inc.’s Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer, joined the company in 1987. He has been a Director of
the company since 1992. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Paladino served as Vice
President and Treasurer and from 1987 to 1990 as Corporate Controller of
the company. Before joining Henry Schein, Mr. Paladino was employed as a
public accountant for seven years, most recently with BDO Seidman, LLP,
the international accounting firm. Mr. Paladino is a Certified Public
Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bernard
M. Baruch College.
