Steven P. Cunningham

Steven P. Cunningham, Chairman & Chief Executive-As Chairman and Chief Executive of Centurion Electronics Plc, Steven is responsible for setting and implementing the Companys strategy. He oversees key customer and supplier relationships, as well as the day-to-day management of the business Steven has been involved with the automotive electronics field for more than ten years. Prior to joining Centurion in 1995 as its Managing Director, Steven held senior positions in sales and marketing, most recently as Sales and Marketing Director of Eclipse International Holdings Limited, a privately owned electronics company and leading manufacturer of vehicle security and driver management systems. Steven served as a member of the board and was involved in the overall strategic planning of the business. Steven had previously founded Immobiliser London in 1992, a regional distributor for Immobiliser Ltd (then part of Eclipse Technology). Steven began his career as a Technical Representative for F.T. Morrell & Company, supporting customers in the field with technical issues relating to the use of the companys paints and wood finish products. He then joined Solutions Ltd in the City of London, where he served as a Sales Executive and then as a Sales Manager. Steven was named 2003 Ernst & Young Central Region Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
