Steven Katz

STEVEN KATZ, a Founder of Ortec, has been a Director of the company
since its inception in 1991, and was elected Chairman of its Board of
Directors in September 1994. He has been employed by the company since
1991. He has a PhD in Finance and Statistics as well as an MBA and MS in
Operations Research, both from New York University.
