Steven C. Cooper

STEVEN C. COOPER has served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive
Vice President of Labor Ready, Inc., since January 2001. Prior to that
time, Mr. Cooper served as the company’s Vice President of Finance and
Corporate Controller, after joining Labor Ready in April 1999. Before
joining Labor Ready, he obtained 14 years of management experience in
various accounting, finance and consulting roles with Deloitte & Touche,
Arthur Andersen and Albertson’s.
