Sterling E. Phillips

STERLING E. PHILLIPS, JR., joined Hadron, Inc., in January 2001 as
President and Chief Executive Officer. At the same time, Mr. Phillips
was elected to serve as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Phillips held Senior Management positions with Federal Data
Corporation, in both the Science and Engineering, and Corporate
Marketing Groups. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of TRI-
COR Industries, Inc. and served as President of Business Development for
Computer Sciences Corporation. Mr. Phillips also held senior national
and international marketing positions with IBM for nearly 20 years. He
holds a BA from the University of North Carolina.
