Stephen T. Zarrilli

STEPHEN T. ZARRILLI was appointed as U.S. Interactive, Inc.’s Chief
Executive Officer in February 1999. Mr. Zarrilli, one of the company’s
original employees, had previously been the company’s Chief Financial
and Administrative Officer since January 1995. He joined U.S.
Interactive in January 1995 after 11 years with Deloitte & Touche, one
of the world’s leading accounting and consulting firms. While with
Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Zarrilli was directly responsible for the
creation of the firm’s Emerging Business practice in Philadelphia, PA.
During Mr. Zarrilli’s tenure as CFO, U.S. Interactive has experienced a
6,400 percent revenue growth (from 1993 through 1998). That achievement
was noted last fall when the company was selected as the 58th-fastest
growing Technology Company in the United States.
