Stephen T. Cannon

STEPHEN T. CANNON is Chief Technology Officer of Digital Courier
Technologies, Inc. He joined DCTI following its 1999 acquisition
of Secure-Bank.com, a company he co-founded, and he was elected a
Director to DCTI in February 2001. He is currently responsible
for DCTI’s product development strategy and all aspects of
production systems. Under his direction, DCTI has lowered
transaction times to less than two seconds and has improved
network availability to 99.99%. Mr. Cannon’s areas of expertise
include Internet-based credit card security, fraud control and
transaction integrity. He also has extensive experience in e-
commerce operations involving dynamic data distribution,
transaction processing, real time value-added reseller systems,
and customer tracking systems. He holds a BA in Philosophy from
the University of South Florida.
