Stephen P. Gott

STEPHEN P. GOTT is Chief Executive Officer of Learn2.com, Inc. Mr. Gott
is the founder of STREET Technologies, which merged with 7th Level Inc.
in March 1999 to create 7thStreet.com (now known as Learn2.com, Inc). He
is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to founding
STREET, Mr. Gott was Partner, Chief Technology Officer and Operations
Officer, and Member of the Management Committee of Lehman Brothers Inc.
from 1986 to 1994. He had previously served as General Manager and
Senior Vice President at First Boston Corporation from 1982 to 1986. In
1982, Mr. Gott founded Shelternet, a company focused on automated
mortgage systems. From 1979 to 1982, Mr. Gott was President of Automated
Information Services at Citicorp. Mr. Gott received his Bachelor of
Science from Northeastern University and participated in the Cornell
Management Program.
