Stanley Yang

STANLEY YANG is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Triscend
Corp. Mr. Yang co-founded Triscend Corporation in May 1997. Prior to
founding Triscend, Mr. Yang spent 11 years at Xilinx, Inc. in San Jose,
CA, where he held a variety of technical and management positions in
engineering, business development, manufacturing operations, and ASIC
operations. Mr. Yang has extensive experiences in developing joint
venture business and strategic corporate partnerships. Mr. Yang received
a BS in Electronic Engineering from the University of California,
Berkeley.
