Shawn A. Callahan

SHAWN A. CALLAHAN is Vice President and CFO of Metwood, Inc. Since
starting with Metwood, Inc., Mr. Callahan has played a major role in the
restructuring of the company. Mr. Callahan began working for the company
in May 1996, and since that time he has helped increase production,
improved the efficiency of daily routines, and developed many computer
aids for the company. Mr. Callahan is a graduate of the Virginia
Military Institute where he earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in
Computer Science and Mathematics.
