SEAN BOYD is President and Chief Executive Officer of Agnico-Eagle Mines
Limited. Mr. Boyd, a Chartered Accountant, has been with the company
since 1985 and was appointed to his current position in February 1998.
Prior to becoming President and CEO of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited, Mr.
Boyd held various senior management positions including Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Boyd is a graduate of the University of
Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce. He is on the Board of Directors of
several mineral exploration companies.
