Scott R. Neils

SCOTT R. NEILS is President and Chief Executive Officer of TS&B
Financial Services, Inc., a subsidiary of TS&B Holdings, Inc. Mr. Neils
joined TS&B Holdings, Inc., in March 2001 as Chief Financial Officer and
Principal. During the following months, the other principals and he
developed the business case for the financial services segment. When
TS&B Financial Services was formed, Mr. Neils assumed the position of
President and Chief Executive Officer. Before joining TS&B, Mr. Neils’
previous assignment was as Chief Operating Officer of Ball Enterprises,
a $200 million holding company engaged in agribusiness, real estate
development and other activities. Mr. Neils possesses over 25 years of
successful management experience as an executive in software
development, Internet, manufacturing, wood products, consulting, and
agribusiness industries including international operations. Positions
held include CEO, COO, CFO, President and Vice President. Mr. Neils
brings a futuristic orientation and international consciousness in the
areas of strategic planning, establishing companies, company operations,
creating and evaluating alternatives, implementing solutions and
developing synergies within and between operating departments and
entities. His company experience ranges from startup to Fortune 500. Mr.
Neils earned a BA in Marketing from the University of Washington and an
MBA from Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, Washington. He also has
earned the Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management
Accountant designations. Mr. Neils is also a retired Army Reserve
Officer with over 21 years of service.
