Scott McCuaig

SCOTT MCCUAIG joined Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated in January
of 1998 and currently serves as the President and Co-Chief Operating
Officer. Prior to joining Stifel Nicolaus, Mr. McCuaig had been Managing
Director, Director of Marketing, Regional Sales Manager, and a member of
the Board of Directors for Robert W. Baird & Co. and Baird Financial
Corporation. He began his career as a retail Investment Executive and
Branch Manager at The Milwaukee Company. He later become Senior Vice
President and a member of the Executive Committee prior to joining the
Baird organization in June 1988. Mr. McCuaig is a graduate of the
University of Wisconsin (Oshkosh and Milwaukee), where he received both
a BS and MBA. Mr. McCuaig is also a graduate of the Securities Industry
Institute at Wharton University of Pennsylvania.
