Scott Dorman

SCOTT DORMAN founded Innotrac Corporation and has served as Chairman of
the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in
1984. In 1998, he coordinated the company’s first public offering. Prior
to founding Innotrac, Mr. Dorfman was employed by Paymaster Checkwriter
Company, Inc., an equipment distributor. At Paymaster, Mr. Dorfman
gained experience in distribution, tracking and inventory control by
developing and managing Paymaster’s mail order catalog.
