Sarah E. Bialk

SARAH E. BIALK has served as Director, Investor Relations for Z-Tel
Technologies, Inc. since December 2000 and is responsible for all
internal and external communications with investors and media for the
company. Prior to that, she headed Investor Relations efforts at both
Daleen Technologies, Inc. and PowerCerv Corporation. She has an
extensive background in corporate and investor communications,
particularly for technology-oriented, small cap companies. She earned a
Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in French from Auburn
University.
