Samuel Paisley

SAMUEL PAISLEY is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating
Officer-Media of ValueClick, Inc. Mr. Paisley joined ValueClick in his
initial role of Executive Vice President in April 2000, added the
position of Chief Operating Officer-Media in January 2001 and assumed
the role of Chief Financial Officer in June 2002. Mr. Paisley previously
served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of
Automata International, an integrated circuit manufacturer, from June
1998 to March 2000. Between August 1980 and June 1998 he held several
positions at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, an audit firm, finishing his
employment as a Partner in Information, Communications and
Entertainment. Mr. Paisley graduated with a BA from Washington &
Jefferson College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
