Sam Paisley

SAM PAISLEY joined ValueClick, Inc., in April 2000 as its
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. He was
promoted to COO in January 2001 and assumed the additional
responsibilities of CFO in June 2002. Mr. Paisley previously
served as Executive Vice President/CFO at Automata International
from June 1998 to March 2000. Between August 1980 and June 1998
he held several leadership positions at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, an
accounting and consulting firm, finishing his employment as a
partner in Information, Communications and Entertainment. Mr.
Paisley brings nearly 30 years of financial experience to the
ValueClick team. Mr. Paisley graduated with a BA from Washington
& Jefferson College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
