Salvatore Muoio founded S. Muoio & Co. LLC in 1997 as the manager of several
private investment partnerships. Mr. Muoio worked at Gabelli Funds from 1984 to
1995 serving in several capacities including Director of Research for GAMCO
Investors and Portfolio Manager for the Gabelli Global Telecommunications Fund,
Inc. He subsequently joined Lazard Freres & Co. LLC as a securities analyst and
Director of Equity Research from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Muoio is a graduate of the
University of Notre Dame receiving both his B.B.A. in 1981 and M.B.A. in 1985 in
Finance. Mr. Muoio is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts
and NYSSA and serves on the Boards of LICT Corporation and CIBL, Inc.
