Salomon Sredni

SALOMON SREDNI joined TradeStation Group, Inc. in December 1996 as its
Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer and was named
Treasurer and a Director of the company in July 1997. In August 1999, he
was named President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sredni also serves
as a Director of each of the company’s operating subsidiaries. Before
joining the company, Mr. Sredni was Vice President of Accounting and
Corporate Controller at IVAX Corporation, a publicly held pharmaceutical
company, from August 1994 to November 1996. Prior to that time, from
January 1988 to August 1994, he was with Arthur Andersen LLP, an
international accounting firm. Mr. Sredni is a Certified Public
Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State
University.
