S. Ming Lee

S. Ming Lee is Senior Vice President of AIR Worldwide Corporation. He
co-directs AIR’s practice in insurance-linked securities and was
directly involved in many of the insurance industry’s landmark
securitization transactions. These include transactions placements for
USAA, Zurich, St. Paul Re, Kemper, Vesta, Gerling Global and F&G Re. He
also directs AIR’s work in corporate and weather risk management
markets, assisting corporations in assessing their exposures to natural
and man-made catastrophes, and weather. Mr. Lee helps clients, in
developing plans to manage and transfer these risks. Before joining AIR,
Mr. Lee held senior executive positions at FormWorx Corporation, Dragon
Systems, Inc., and Power Up Software Corporation and was a management
consultant with Resource Planning Associates. A former U.S. Navy
officer, Mr. Lee holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford Business
School.
