S. James Miller

S. JAMES MILLER, JR., has served as President and Chief Executive
Officer and as a Director of ImageWare Systems, Inc., since 1990. From
1980 ‘ 1990, Mr. Miller was an executive with Oak Industries, Inc., a
manufacturer of components for the telecommunications industry. While at
Oak Industries, Mr. Miller served as a Director and as General Counsel,
Corporate Secretary and Chairman/President of Oak Industries’ Pacific
Rim subsidiaries. Mr. Miller has a JD from the University of San Diego
School of Law and a BA from the University of California, San Diego.
