S. Cash Nickerson

S. CASH NICKERSON is currently the Chairman, President and CEO of
TEAM America, Inc., a business process outsourcing company with
over 15 years of experience and over half a billion dollars in
revenues, providing outsourced HR services, PEO services and
business process outsourcing both online and offline. He earned
his BA degree in 1981 from Carleton College, his JD in 1985 from
Washington University School of Law, and his MBA from the
Washington University Graduate School of Business in 1993. After
serving as a corporate counsel for Union Pacific Railroad and
later as general manager of Union Pacific’s Airfreight Division,
Mr. Nickerson joined the national law firm of Jenner & Block in
Chicago, working on various mergers and acquisitions. Mr.
Nickerson was named a partner in 1992. From 1992 to the present,
Mr. Nickerson has been a serial entrepreneur, starting 11 small
business ventures. Mr. Nickerson is a recognized expert in the
respective arenas of human resource outsourcing, PEOs, mergers
and acquisitions. His success in these areas recently attracted
the attention of Success Magazine, which featured him in its
September 2000 issue, and Darwin magazine, which featured him in
its June 2001 issue.
