Roy Thomas

ROY THOMAS has served as Secretary and General Agent of Texas Pacific
Land Trust since January, 1995. He has been employed at the Trust since
December 1985. From February 1974 to December 1985, Mr. Thomas was
employed by Interfirst Bank Dallas as a manager of trust real estate.
From 1970 to 1974, Mr. Thomas was an agricultural lending officer.
