Ross Muken, Director, is the Lead Analyst covering the health care services & technology sector at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. He joined the firm in the summer of 2005, analyzing life science tool and pharmaceutical distribution companies before expanding coverage to include health care IT, pharmacy benefit managers and contract research organizations, in 2007, 2008 and 2009, respectively. Mr. Muken ranked third in life science tools and diagnostics in the 2010 Institutional Investor survey, after ranking fifth in the 2009 survey for the health care technology and distribution sector. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Muken spent two years at Thomas Weisel Partners as an Associate covering the life science tools sector. Before that, he worked at Bank of America for three years as an Investment Banking Analyst focused on mergers and acquisitions, with increasing responsibilities. Mr. Muken graduated from Boston University School of Management with a B.S. degree in business administration, finance and a minor in economics.
