RONALD L. BOGH founded the company in 1985 and was named President. Mr. Bogh
served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to June
1999. Prior to his acquisition of the company in 1985, Mr. Bogh was the
Southern US Sales Manager for Cascade Steel in McMinnville, Oregon.
