Ron Weindruch

Ron Weindruch is the founder and president of Paladyne. Prior to
founding Paladyne, he held a variety of senior management positions with
Siemens including Senior Vice-President of Operations at Siemens
Stromberg-Carlson. During his tenure at Siemens, he managed an
organization of 2,000 people and increased sales from start-up to nearly
$500 million. Before coming to Siemens in 1984, Weindruch served as
Director of Marketing for the Nortel (formerly Northern Telecom) DMS 100
switching system (where sales increased from $70 million to $1.4
billion) and as Group Director of Business Development for Nortel’s
digital switching group. As Paladyne’s President, he brings demonstrated
skills in general management, operations, customer service, sales,
marketing, business development and finance. He received his BS from the
University of Illinois and his MBA from George Washington University
