Ron Brandenburg

RON BRANDENBURG, President and Chief Executive Officer, founded
MHshopper.com, Inc. in May 2000. Mr. Brandenburg brings 15 years of
mortgage banking and manufactured home financing experience to
MHshopper. Most recently, Mr. Brandenburg was CEO of Parkway Mortgage,
Inc., a national mortgage broker specializing in manufactured home
finance. Under Mr. Brandenburg’s guidance, Parkway Mortgage grew from a
small regional company to one of the largest privately held brokers in
the manufactured home sector. At the same time, Mr. Brandenburg co-
founded a chain of manufactured home retailers that grew to operate in 4
states with 9 sales centers. Prior to founding Parkway Mortgage, Mr.
Brandenburg served as President of Tracy Mortgage, Inc., a large
regional broker. Mr. Brandenburg holds mortgage banking/brokering
licenses in 30 states and is a member of the Manufactured Housing
Institute’s commission on finance.
