Roland P. Austrup

ROLAND P. AUSTRUP, is Vice President of Eiger Technology, Inc.,
responsible for Investor Relations and all corporate relationships
within the professional investment industry. Mr. Austrup has spent his
entire career in the professional investment industry. Upon graduation
from the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Austrup began his career
with ScotiaMcLeod from 1988 to 1990. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Austrup was
an advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. In 1996, Mr. Austrup founded Aero
Capital Corporation, a hedge fund manager to both high net-worth and
institutional investors.
