Rodney W. Schutt

RODNEY W. SCHUTT, Chief Executive Officer of Aspyra, Inc., brings to the company
over 22 years of experience in the healthcare and technology fields, most
recently as the Chief Operating Officer for Luminetx, a provider of bioscience
technologies based in Memphis, Tennessee. Before working with Luminetx, Mr.
Schutt was Vice President of Business Development and Global Commercial
Operations for Smith and Nephew Orthopaedics. Prior to that, during more than an
18-year career at GE Healthcare, he held various positions including General
Manager of GE Healthcare’s consulting business. He holds a BA in Business
Administration from Marion University.
