Roderick H. Dillon

RODERICK H. DILLON JR. is President and CIO of Diamond Hill Investment
Group. He has 24 years of experience as an investment professional. From
1986-2000, he was with Loomis, Sayles and Dillon Capital Management;
from 1977-1985, with a public pension fund, bank trust, and investment
advisory firm. Mr. Dillon has BS and MA degrees from The Ohio State
University, and an MBA from the University of Dayton. He is a Chartered
Financial Analyst.
