Robert Van Naarden

ROBERT VAN NAARDEN, Chief Executive Officer and President, AuthentiDate,
Inc. is a strong general manager with impressive marketing and business
development skills and accomplishments. His entire career has been spent
in the technology arena with such companies as Digital Equipment,
Convergent Technologies, SuperMac, Firepower, Netframe and Sensar, Inc.
Mr. Van Naarden has built several companies from the ground up and has
created many successful business alliance relationships throughout the
years. He holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science
from Northeastern University in Boston, MA., a BS degree in Physics, and
a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh,
Pittsburgh, PA.
