ROBERT TRGELE, 47, has been appointed to Chief Executive Officer of the NSE Software AG by the Supervisory Board as of May, 1st 2001. He is responsible for the area sales, marketing, public relations, investor relations and finance & controlling. After his graduation 1980 as Dipl.-Ingenieur (FH) in computer engineering, Robert Trgele served from 1980 to 1986, lastly as head of Sales, the AEG-Softwaretechnik, before he participated from 1986 on as managing director in a representative way to the setup of SYSTRIX Computer Systeme GmbH. Trgele changed 1991 to debis Systemhaus GmbH, wher he succesfully implemented reorganization and optimization projects as Division Manager unto 1995. From 1995 unto 1997 Trgele worked at WEKA Firmengruppe GmbH & Co. KG, where he firstly was responsible for five individual enterprises as Head of Division and lastly as Executive Director of the group holding for the software companies. Before his function as Chief Executive Officer of NSE Software AG, Trgele was at last Executive Director of debis Systemhaus Dienstleistungen GmbH and Head of Division responsible for about 750 employees in Germany and about 600 employees world wide referable to the ERP-environment. Robert Trgele is married and has three children.
