Robert Stevenson is a Managing Director who joined Fox-Pitt Kelton in 2008 to
start the company’s real estate equity research franchise (REITs and
homebuilders). He previously spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley, where his
previous research coverage included residential, commercial and retail real
estate companies, as well as homebuilders. From 2002 to 2006 he was individually
recognized by Greenwich Associates as one of the top analysts in the apartment
REIT space, garnering two number one rankings, two number two rankings, and one
number three ranking over a five-year period (2002-2006). He holds a BS degree
in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA degree in Finance from
Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
