Robert Rudman

ROBERT RUDMAN, President and Chief Executive Officer of SmarTire
Systems Inc., is responsible for the strategic planning and
overall direction of the company’s activities. Mr. Rudman joined
SmarTire in March 1993 as Chief Financial Officer after serving
as an independent financial consultant for the company. He was
appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 1996. Mr.
Rudman is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of
experience in the areas of management, finance and accounting.
Prior to joining SmarTire, Mr. Rudman was a partner in a
consulting firm providing professional assistance to publicly
traded companies. In addition to his Chartered Accountancy
designation, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduate
business diploma from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay,
Ontario.
