Robert M. Henry

ROBERT M. HENRY is Chief Executive Officer of Mannatech, Inc. He
combines broad experience in network marketing and direct sales
with extensive operating and financial experience. A graduate of
Hunter College with a BS in Accounting, he also holds a JD from
Brooklyn Law School. After highly successful stints as an
executive with both Avon and Amway corporations, Mr. Henry joined
the Saatchi & Saatchi Marketing Services organization as Chief
Financial Officer for North America. While working at Saatchi &
Saatchi, he coordinated a series of agency and network
acquisitions that created the largest advertising agency group in
the world. He also served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief
Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of McCaffrey & McCall
Partners, a full-service advertising agency.
