Robert J. Weatherbie

ROBERT J. WEATHERBIE has served as Team Financial, Inc.’s Chief
Executive Officer since September 1995, and as Chairman of the Board and
a Director since May 1986. Prior to that time he was an Executive
Officer of TeamBank, N.A., formerly known as Miami County National Bank,
for 13 years. Mr. Weatherbie is a member of the Miami County Bankers
Association. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emporia State
University, Emporia, Kansas, in 1969 and graduated from the Colorado
School of Banking at the University of Colorado and the American
Institute of Banking ‘ Kansas City Chapter.
