Robert Hagerty

ROBERT HAGERTY is Chairman, President and CEO of Polycom, Inc. With a
steadfast vision of providing enterprises with a complete end-to-end
communication solution, Mr. Hagerty has led Polycom from a speakerphone
company to the worldwide market leader in audio and video
communications. Under his leadership, Polycom has grown through several
successful acquisitions and groundbreaking technology innovations. Mr.
Hagerty joined Polycom in December 1996 as President and Chief Operating
Officer, and in 1998 he was named Polycom’s CEO and Chairman of the
Board. Currently, Mr. Hagerty oversees all of Polycom’s operations in 16
countries worldwide.
