Robert F. McCullough

ROBERT F. MCCULLOUGH JR. was elected Chief Financial Officer and Director of
CytoCore, Inc., in September 2005 and Chief Executive Officer of the company in
October 2007. He served as a manager with the accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney
(now Ernst & Young) and also served as a financial analyst, a portfolio manager
and a Chief Financial Officer of several private companies. Mr. McCullough has a
Master’s of Business Administration in Finance and is a Certified Public
Accountant.
