Robert D. Bowman

ROBERT D. BOWMAN has been President of Flowing Energy Corporation since
January 2002. He served as Operations Manager of Velvet Exploration
Ltd., a public exploration and production company, from July 2000 to
October 2001. Between September 1997 and June 2000 Mr. Bowman was
Manager, Engineering of PanAtlas Energy Inc., a public exploration and
production company. Before joining PanAtlas, he served as Senior
Exploitation Engineer for Grad and Walker Energy Corporation.
