Robert C. Arzbaecher

ROBERT C. ARZBAECHER, President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Actuant Corporation, has been with the company for 10 years. He held the
position of Corporate Controller in 1992, progressing to VP Finance of
the Tools and Supplies business segment (1993), Chief Financial Officer
(1994), President and Chief Executive Officer of Actuant Corporation
(2000) and most recently Chairman of Actuant. Prior to 1992, Mr.
Arzbaecher held various financial positions with Grabill Aerospace,
Farley Industries and Grant Thornton. Mr. Arzbaecher graduated from the
University of Iowa in 1982 with a BBA in Accounting. He is also a
Certified Public Accountant.
