Robert Barbieri

ROBERT BARBIERI is executive vice president and chief financial
officer at Lawson Software, Inc. In this position, Mr. Barbieri
is responsible for all corporate financial services, strategic
planning, analysis, reporting, investor relations and
acquisitions strategy. Before joining Lawson Software, Mr.
Barbieri served as vice president of Finance and chief financial
officer at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. In that role, Mr. Barbieri
advanced key financial processes to world-class standards and led
worldwide strategic planning and corporate development. Mr.
Barbieri has more than 20 years of professional experience. He
earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration
degrees from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His
affiliations include serving on the executive advisory board of
the Andersen Institute of Strategic Business Management, and as a
member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.
