Rick Maule

RICK MAULE is CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board of NetEffect,
Inc. Rick has more than 25 years experience in the computer and
communications industry, serving in various general management,
marketing and engineering roles. Before his move to NetEffect, Rick was
vice president and general manager of the Mobile Communications Division
of 3Com. In this position, he was responsible for a wide range of
communications products, including all mobile and wireless client
products. Prior to 3Com, he held various executive positions in computer
and communications corporations, including a number of general manager
positions successfully leading new starts and turnarounds. Rick received
a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Arkansas. His formal education was augmented by the Graduate Program in
Business Corporation and the University of Florida). He has been a
speaker and panelist at many industry forums.
