Richard White

RICHARD WHITE has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Community
Bancorp. since 1987. A graduate of the University of North Carolina and
Cornell Law School, Mr. White joined the company in 1984. He has served
as the President of the Vermont Bankers Association and is the immediate
past Treasurer of the American Bankers Association. He is also the past
Chair of the Vermont Community Foundation and a former Board Member of
the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
