Richard Taney

RICHARD TANEY is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Delcath
Systems, Inc. He has served on the Board of Directors of the company since
November 2006, was appointed Chief Executive Officer in December 2006 and was
named President in April 2007. Mr. Taney was the founding member of T2 Capital
Management, LLC, a diversified investment management company. Mr. Taney spent 20
years on Wall Street in various sales and management positions at firms
including Goldman Sachs, Salomon Brothers, and most recently as a Managing
Director of Banc of America Securities. He is also a founding partner of
Sandpiper Capital Partners, an investment partnership focused on private equity
investments and advisory work for privately held companies involved in a variety
of emerging technologies. He earned his BA from Tufts University and his JD from
Temple University School of Law.
